I am wondering what happened to the system, my wife might have been messing with the notifications. But atm when a student try to reset their password, they get a link that takes them to %customer_panel_url% - , when they click that link they just get to the customer panel login page again. Not the "type in new password".
Also, when my customers book. Can they be sent their password in a email? Because right now they have to reset it before using.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Customers create their own password -you need to provide a Customer panel link to email notificaitons (adding a placeholder for that to the email) so when customers book an appointments for the first time they get the link in their email notification, click on it and they will. need to set a password for them, and later on they can use that email/password to login to the panel. This is when the option Require password for login in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings is enabled.
Students cannot set a new password. When they follow the link from the email it takes them to the login page. Not to Set new password. Help on this would be appriciated.
I logged in using the credentials you provided in the other ticket and as I can see you added a direct link for the page where you have the Customer panel to the notifications in Amelia, and you need to add a placeholder for the customer panel url instead. Please replace the link in the email notifications with the placeholder for the customer panel that you will find in the placeholders list (when you click on </> Show Email Placeholders on the Notiifcaitons page) and let me know if the issue is gone afterwards. It is already a link so you don't need to hyperlink it, just copy/paste the placeholder to the Message field.

Hello Marija,
Yesterday this didn't work, without changing anything it works today though.
Weird.
That is strange behavior. Please let us know if you encounter it again so we can check it out.
I am getting the same behavior again,
