    1 -

I have 2 locations (see screenshot 1), and have 25 services (see screenshot 2). My booking form only links all my services to the 1 location, there is nowhere on your plugin that lets me link a service to a location. So currently all my services apparently only happen in one place.

    2-

It doesn't allow me to link an employee to 2 address', am i supposed to have 2 employees under the same name, one for each location? It currently only gives me the option to choose one or the other  (see screenshot 3) How will this look on the front end? Also how would that work with the google calendar link?

    3 -

I have two locations, the client needs to choose which location they would like the service at in the booking form, but i am unable to add a location drop down menu similar to my screenshot (see screenshot 4)

Do you offer a deposit only option? Or is your site only a full payment option? I would like the option to pay a deposit and then pay the rest later. There is no option in the settings or payment options that I see that will allow this.

If someone could take the time to look at my issues it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello Keiran

    1. Since employees define availability of services, employees determine where they will take place. You need to assign your employees to the other location, and then you will see the services offered on that location as well.

    2. The employee can have only one default location, but you can change that in his working hours. Google Calendar doesn't have any affect by this, but if you wish to forward the info about the location you can add one of the placeholders from the Notification templates.

    3. That is because your services are not yet offered in two locations. Once you configure your employees to work on both locations, it will be offered.

    4. We don't have any options for deposits but you can use a workaround. For example, if your service costs $20 and if you want to set deposit of 20% to pay online and rest onsite, you can make a service where you will set the price to be $4 (which is 20% of $20) and then explain in service title and/or description how much is the real price of this service.

For future reference - please refer from opening multiple tickets with the same questions. We're both wasting time, and you won't speed anything up. There are a lot of tickets coming in, and our response times are longer than usual.

    Kind Regards,
