I cannot say why this is happening without taking a look, so yes, please I'd need you to provide me a temporary wp-admin for your website where this happens.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Did you check check all employees? Or just 1. We are seeing the same problem intermittent. When I try to book an appointment fo for an employee on the back end for a a time that is available per the Ameila calendar, it is not letting me. This is very frustrating for our team especially when you see the time slot available and it is not allowing me to make an appointment for that time. Its almost as if, the system thinks employee 2 is not allowing me to book the appointment for a open time slot, because Employee 1 has an appointment at that time slot. Please check asap. Not working very well.
I checked only the employee you showed me in your screenshots.
Unfortunately, it's not that likely I will locate the issue that's happening intermittently. Issues like this are probably caused by Google Calendar integration, Special Days or Days off, and they are rarely caused by some bugs in the plugin.
If you encounter the issue again, make sure to tell me for which employee, which date, which time and which service, so I can check. I cannot go through the entire calendar for all your employees individually, trying to find this issue.
We found out the issue. This is now resolved. The issue was ALL employees are using the same google calendar. So when an appointment was created for 1 employee that time slot was taken for All employees. We had to disable the feature so Ameila would not look at Google Calendar.
