I am researching information regarding client portals for my new start-up. I want to create a client portal through a wordpress client portal plug-in. I would like to allow my clients the ability to schedule and view their previous appointments/ upcoming appointments in the client portal page along side their other information. So basically I want a client portal plug-in that I can share information with them, support tickets/ messaging directly through the client portal, file upload/ download, invoicing/ estimate, and see all their scheduling/ booking information & be able to book through one client portal. Not have a log-in for the scheduling system then a log-in for the other client portal stuff. I know some client portal plug-ins allow you to add pages from your webpage directly to the client portal navigation. Is that the only option for this?
