Hi, I would like to know whether the customer has specifically selected an employee for their booking, or whether they chose any employee. It would allow my client to reassign customers if required.
Is this possible?

This isn't possible in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. I can only add this as a feature request to our list, but it wasn't requested so far.
