I am wondering if there is a way to restrict the viewing of form response to only users listed in a specific group?
I have instructors that are assigned about 20 students each. Regardless of instructor, students submit their assignment using the same Gravity Form. Instead of having every form response populate when using the data table, it would be ideal to set it up so that each instructor can only see the users that are assigned to their WordPress group.
Is this possible?
Hello John
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
With Gravity Forms based tables, you can only limit so people see their own entries, but that's not what you're looking for.
Something like this may be possible with SQL query based tables, but not with Gravity Forms based tables.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
