I chose this plug-in for an event. Which it will run an specific date. On the schedule module shows me by the default the week we are on. There is a way that I can freeze the week that my event runs? From Sep 21st to 25th, 2020.

That isn't possible with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. It isn't possible to change the default dates chosen in the date picker, you need to manually choose the dates in the picker for which you want to see appointemnts/events in the list.
