Hi, Looking for an upgrade in the booking area, atm a service provider can be booked in between a time slot of say 7am to 5 pm. So if a customer went in and booked a service provider with a chosen job for 3 hours & they decided that wanted to add an extra to that job say carpet cleaning 3 hours, lounge cleaning 2 hours, window cleaning 4 hours it can't be booked unless you make the times 24 hours. So are you able to add a new feature that allows the job to carry over on to the following day. This would mean that the job would be carried out and completed with out the service provider re-booking the client on another day.
There isn't a possibility to achieve that in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately, like you mentioned. The longest service/appointment duration can be 23 h 30 min, and the appointments can't be carried over to other days. I will add this as a feature request to our list, but we can't say if and when it could be implemented, unfortunately.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
