Hi, I use zoom meeting for the appointments online, but i use google calendar for synchronization for my personal appointments.
When amelia puts an appointment, generates a google meets link, how can I disable the google meet link, but remain to book the appointment in the google calendar.
Attach image for example of the link created a google meets link in the appointment, can I change that link to be a zoom link?
This is something Google adds on its own; it's not coming from Amelia, as we don't have Meet integration.
You can modify the Google Calendar event's description in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google calendar, and add your employee Zoom placeholders (like the ones you're using in emails), so:
%zoom_host_url% for appointments
%zoom_host_url_date% and %zoom_host_url_date_time% for events.
