Почти весь сайт завязан на wpDataTables, перестали работать таблицы с описанием, сайт "рухнул". Редактировать таблицы не дает, предлагает создавать новые, вы не отвечаете уже 3 часа. ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ???
подобное уже было, но отключив и подключив снова плагин, заработало.
Сегодня началось с того что таблица перестала извлекать числа как число и сама рассортировала как текст, вместо 1,2,3 и тд, 1,10,11,12,20,21,3,4,5,6,65,66,67,7,71
Попытки изменить или обновить сортировку ни к чему не привели. И вскоре некоторые таблицы из списка попросту перестали редактироваться, предлагая создать новую. Из 8-ми таблиц 3 перестали работать, 1 не дает даже редактировать.
У нас весь сайт завязан на Ваши таблицы, ситуация тупиковая.
Мы даже отключили все плагины на сайте, во избежание конфликта, но это ни как не повлияло.
Проблема серьезная, помогите пож-та ее решить, остановился сайт с каталогами и вся работа.
Like mentioned in my previous ticket, we don't speak Russian, so please translate your further responses.
Did you maybe update WordPress to 5.5? If you did, wpDataTables also needs to be updated to v3.0.3.
If the sorting goes like this: 1,10,11,12,20,21,3,4,5,6,65,66,67,7,71, it means the column is "string", not "integer" or "float".
If the update doesn't resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please note that our working hour are from 10:00 - 17:00, CET, Mon - Fri. We do not provide live support.
