Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

i would like to know if and how Amelia can integrate zoom webinars and if not, can Amelia integrate with GoToWebinars?

    Hi Manis,

Thanks so much for your interest in Amelia.

We have Zoom integration for Zoom meetings. Detailed explanation on integration is here: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/

Unfortunately, we do not have GoToWebinar integration.

Let me know if that answers your question and if there is anything else that I can do to help!

i suppose i should be able to integrate GoToWebinar webhooks but it is not clear how i could link them to amelia events

    Hi Manis,

We have webhooks, you can send all the information about the booking, but they canćt be seen in Amelia.
Explanation on webhooks is here: https://wpamelia.com/web-hooks-settings/

    Hope this helps.

First: thank you for your help.
It is relevant in my decision of chosing your plugin for my client.
Yet i have some questions left unaswered so i thank you for your time and patience.

Let's say i am using GoToWebinar's webhooks for events.
As i understand, we won't be able to display all the GTW events on the website.
Either way, if we creat events on Amelia will it be updated to GTW?
If not could we link event on Amelia to events on GTW using webhooks?
Will user information be updated to GTW aswell?

    Hi Manis,

We haven't particularly tested it with GoToWebinar, but if you make an event in Amelia you can send all the information when someone books the event via web-hooks, actions that trigger the hooks are “booking completed” and “booking canceled” for events.
