We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi there,

    I've had a number of complaints from clients that the booking system does not load for them. Even if they refresh the page, the loading wheel just spins and spins without loading the plug in. They either call me to book manually or they leave and never come back!

    This is obviously unnerving bc the point of having a plug in like this is so that I get an easy booking system and thus more clients. 

    Please let me know what the problem is and how this can be resolved.

    Hello there,

    When you just get the spinning wheel, without it ever loading, it usually indicates that you're missing one of the following:

    • Category and service
    • Employee
    • Employee is not assigned to a service
    • Employee doesn't have working hours configured

    Also please check if the services are assigned to employees under the work hours and if their duration (+buffer times) can fit in the employees' work hours. Check if the option Show service on site is enabled for your services on the Amelia-> Services page.

    Hi Marija,

    Everything is set up accordingly. There are a few clients that were able to book through the website, but for most it it just never loads. Can you check on your end if it loads?

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
