If none of the services/locations are not chosen there is no label there, it is an emtpy string. The service selection is mandatory so it won't let customers proceed without choosing a service and for locations if none chosen all of the locations will be in the availability, so the default here would be all locations.
There isn't a possibility to change this in Amelia with its current options, so I will add this as a feature request to our list.

I'm not sure if I'm in the correct ticket but just wanted to let you know that I've been testing Amelia with some selected customers and the feedback is great! However, I notice some hesitation when facing the Amelia front end screen. The Select service drop down list is empty and that confused a few "beta" testers. There is one tiny down arrow head but it is not very obvious. Maybe there should be some gray, italic text inside the drop down list box saying "please click here" or something similar?
