    Dear Friend,

I find the following issues. Thanks for your help in advance:

    1. While my employees try to connect with gmail (for calendar integration) google says my website is not safe and recommends that they go back to safety by aborting the integration
    2. Two of my employees are reporting (and I have personally checked both their emails) that they are receiving emails for appointment cancellation and rescheduling but not appointment approved/booked. I have marked all emails to come to my address so I know that these emails are being generated however it is not going to their email
    3. I have integrated zoom and have configured the notifications however when an appointment is booked I see that a google appointment with a google meet link also is going to customers

    Awaiting your kind help.

    Warm Regards,
    Sajan

    Hello Sajan

    1. If you're referring to this:

This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.

Once the Calendar is connected the Google button will change in color and offer an option to “Sign out from Google“, so you’ll know if the synchronization is working.

    2. The emails can't work selectively. If you're receiving these emails, so are they. There's a possibility, though, that they are going to their SPAM folder. Can you ask them to check that?

    3. Google implemented Meet on their own, and it's not something that can be excluded from Amelia. You need to disable it in your Google Account.

    Kind Regards,
