We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Al intentar agendar después del 25 de octubre, marca disponibilidad de horarios respecto al horario actual, y agenda en horarios no disponibles, no considera el cambio de horario que es el 25 de octubre.


    por ejemplo mi horario laboral es de 9 am a 1 pm, pero al agendar me sale disponible de 8 am a 12 pm


    como puedo resolverlo?

    Could you please write your tickets in English? We are afraid something will get lost in translation and we won't be able to help out. Thank you.

    If you are referring to different times after 25th of October, this is because there will be a change of time on the 25th of October. Could you please check what is the timezone setting that you set in your WordPress GEneral Settings? If it is one of the UTC options please change it to a City timezone and let me know if this helped? This WP timezone setting applies to Amelia as well, and we had some issues with the UTC options for some reason.
