Instead of 1 day remainder , is it possible to have 1 hour remainder email/SMS ?

There isn't a possibility of reminder email/SMS notifications 1 hour before appointments in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. There is only reminder notifications that can be sent one day before the appointment at a specified time, and you can find it on the Amelia -> Notifications page.
