We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am setting up the calendar integration with Google. I use multiple calendars under one login. This helps me to segregate the types of activities (business, personal, teaching, etc.). I've connect the calendar that I want appointments to sync to, but I need all the calendars to be checked for availability. In other words, I may have a meeting come up at my day job during times that I would allow coaching sessions to be scheduled. Someone scheduling a coaching session should not be able to schedule during the time that meeting has been added. I've used other booking calendars and they allow for the check for multiple google calendars tied to the same login. Am I missing the way to set that up in this system?

Hello Tami
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, the plugin cannot check multiple calendars. You can only choose one calendar from the drop-down in your employee's profile. At the moment, you can only duplicate busy events from one Google Calendar to another (the one used in Amelia), so you could create a new "Amelia" calendar, which will pull the data from all your calendars.
That's not something I can help you with, though, as it needs to be done in Google, not in Amelia. I will add this as a vote for this feature to be implemented, but please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
