We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Having a very strange problem. Below is a description and attached is a Word Document with screenshots of all the pertinent settings. I hope we can resolve this quickly as I am behind schedule on this project.
Thank you for your time and help - Dave Mongillo

No matter how The Default Appointment Status is set in General Settings and Edit Services windows, as Approved or Pending, the services are listed on the Appointment page as Pending. And the emails that get sent say that the appointments are pending and waiting for confirmation.
Then I change them to approved on the Appointments Page ,but no email notifications are sent to either the employee or the customer about the change in status. (which I shouldn't have to do because the should have been set to Approved when the customer made them)
BUT after I approve the appointments they are then listed on my Zoom Account.
Hello Dave,
Could you please tell me what is the Minimum capacity of the Services that you have in Amelia? If you have set min capacity to some capacity greater than 1 , the appointments will have Pending status until the min capacity is reached, even though the Default status is set to Approved.
Hello Marija,
Thank you!!
This was making me nuts.
Love the plugin so far, hoping it goes smoother now.
Thanks again!!!!
Dave Mongilo
You are welcome, Dave.
Glad to see you like Amelia

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
HI Marija,
Am I correct in assuming that if I return the minimum capacity for the class to greater than one I will not be able to approve the meeting until that minimum capacity is met? Which is why i could not approve the meetings after they were made?
Should have asked this earlier
Hi Dave,
You can approve the pending appointments in the back-end even though the minimum capacity is not met, I've just tested this on our website (version 2.9 of Amelia). Was this not the case for you? You couldn't approve them?
