We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a complex form with several fields being populated by the GravityWiz Populate Anything Perk. When I try and select one of these fields as a column it works fine, until I try and add an field/column to come after this one. If I add any columns beyond this column, I receive an error.
DataTables warning: table id=table_1 - Requested unknown parameter '3' for row 0, column 3.
If I keep trying things, the whole data table will reset and the name is removed.
The field populated is pulling in a Post Title.
Hello Ed,
Thank you for your purchase.
Gravity Forms integration add-on is working with a wpDataTables plugin and a core Gravity Forms plugin. At the moment, integration with other Gravity Forms add-ons isn’t confirmed, so we cannot guarantee that it will work. I believe that wpDataTables has issues with these dynamic categories created by Populate Anything, and that's why you're facing these issues.
We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need in next versions link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
I appreciate the reply!
I'm afraid this won't work for my needs and I've had to get GravityView, which seems to be working with everything.
Is it possible to get a refund on this?
Thanks!
Ed
Hello Ed
Sorry to hear you won't be using the plugin after purchase.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
