Is there a setting to simply remove a cancelled appointment? It's confusing when someone rebooks the same times lot as a cancelled appointment and it simply adds the new clients name to the previous appointment.

It isn't possible to automatically remove the cancelled appointments in Amelia with its current built-in features. You can only manually delete them in the back-end. We will add this as a feature request to our list, but it would need to be considered of if and how it could be implemented, since there are users who would want to have them still , for some statistics, customers' info, and so on.
