We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I want to sell tickets for an event and give my exiting members a cheaper price of 50€ and non-members 100€.

I this possible with Amelia? Maybe something to fiddle with WooCommerce in order to do this?

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Sascha

    Hello Sascha,

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.

There isn't a possibility to have more than one price per event in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. Events can be created with only one price. It is the same with using WooCommerce, as the price from Amelia is taken into consideration in the booking/paying process. You can check out the Coupons option if they can somehow help you achieve what you need.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

    Thank you, this helps!

So please allow me another question: I need to add the participants too my mailinglist, which I organize using the WP-plugin Groundhogg. This plugin comes with a "webhook listener" benchmark, so it could be triggered from Amelia I would reckon.

I cannot use Zapier due to GDPR and the webhook-setup via Zapier is the only way your documentation is teaching about.

How can I connect Amelia with Groundhogg directly or via direct webhook?

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Sascha

    You are welcome, Sascha.

You can create webhooks in Amelia for any automation tooll in the same way as for Zapier , we explained this as an example in our documentation. We are not familiar with that plugin so we can't tell the exact steps unfortunately, but for creating a hook in Amelia you need URL so please check in that other plugin what URL you need to provide so the plugin can catch data via a hook from another plugin.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
