The categories are not showing up. The support team does not understnad the difference between backend and frontend. My private ticket clearly specified that the category is not showing on the website. After 4 days the support team resolution says the category is visible in the backend. Disappointed with "Premium Support". Is there anyone listening from Amelia. It seems there is no support here.

I just responded to your other ticket. Please note that our working hours are from 10:00 - 17:00, CET, Mon - Fri. We're not working on weekends, and due to a lot of tickets coming in, our responses are delayed.
Unfortunately, in the other ticket, it took us 4 days to get the correct credentials to log into your website, and due to us having a lot of tickets coming in, I overlooked the fact that you mentioned services from the "Music" category don't appear in front-end. I apologize for that.
After checking again, though, I can see the service is there.
Please respond to the other ticket if you have other issues with the plugin, and please refrain from opening multiple tickets regarding the same issue, as we're wasting both your and our time on them.

How do we delete the login created for you? The dashboard is showing your name.
There is no delete option

You probably booked an appointment from front-end, while logged in with those credentials, so the data is now saved in that profile.
If you have your own administrator account, you can delete this one from the Users section in your dashboard.
On the other hand, if you somehow have my name saved in your admin account, you'll need to go to wp_amelia_users database table, and change it there.
