How can I filter by multiple values of the same parameter in a query string. I've tried ?wdt_column_filter[1]=2019,2020 and ?wdt_column_filter[1]=2019;2020 and ?wdt_column_filter[1]=2019&wdt_column_filter[1]2020 but none seem to work quite right.

You can filter multiply values only for multi-select or range filter with pipe | as you can find in our docs
