    Hi, 

    We recently purchased Amelia (20 Aug 2020) and it seems to be very good. However based on our business needs which is basically a Scans and Labs where multiple services run at the same time. 

    I understand we need to create separate Employee for the services and allot the services to them which is normally based on the employee's working hours. 

    In our case we would like to have only one employee who can manage all the service bookings, wherein we want to have different time slots for different service. 

    Say for example, the services Ultrasound and ECG have the same time slot at the same day which should be managed by one single employee. 

    I see that we cannot overlap a particular time slot for different service.

    In all we would like to have different time slots for different services under one employee.

    In order to get full support you need to verify your license and open the ticket in Amelia Category with your purchase code. This is necessary since many are trying to misuse our support. This is the pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet. Thank you for your understanding. 

    Purchase code is sent to you after the purchase in the email, and you can access it anytime in the TMS Store, credentials are sent to you in the same email, but you can always reset password wit the email you used purchase the plugin. 

    Yes, you need to assign services to the employees working hours, and employees can have different services in his/her working hours, but at the moment when one service is booked the other one becomes unavailable for that time slot. But for each service you can set capacity and you can add done more employee so that the two different service can be performed at the sam time. You can make another employe and add same email address if you use gmail or outlook but with +1. For example example@gmail.com and example+1@gmail.com. This way employee will get notifications for both. With the CSS you can hide employees and the customer will not see them.
