You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

first of all: I have purchased Amelai via AppSumo and when creating a ticket here, you tools says my Amelia-Code has expired :( Why??? So here's my request:
We want to build a membership site with BuddyBoss and WooCommerce. We're considering to use Amelia for organizing and selling Events such as Workshops, but need to provide different pricing per Event per Membership-Level.
Can I make that happen with Amelia? If so, how?

It might be that you use your AppSumo redemption code to open the ticket? Which is not possible, you need your Amelia purchase code.
In order to get full support you need to verify your license and open the ticket in Amelia Category with your purchase code. This is necessary since many are trying to misuse our support. This is the pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet. Thank you for your understanding.
Purchase code is sent to you after the purchase in the email, and you can access it anytime in the TMS Store, credentials are sent to you in the same email, but you can always reset password wit the email you used to redeem your AppSumo code.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set different pricing levels for the event tickets.
