When I want to perform a front-end edit on a MariaDb table, WpDataTables doesn’t present the “INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE” buttons, although configured for it. And it's impossible to edit.
I attach a PDF document with, what I hope, is all the required documentation .
It looks like you don't have editor input types defined for any of your columns, but that should not be the case.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
Make sure to tell me what's the table's ID.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I was working on my notebook, without a reachable IP.
First, I must say I worked with Wordpress and other plugins. I have a lot of experience in many different products. I’m surely not a newbie in computers.
I’m surprised by the problems that WpDataTables has. I began with the free version and saw that I needed the pro.
I uninstalled the free version, and I think that it leaves something „marked“: some settings somewhere, because the pro version worked afterward in some sense like the free.
I uninstalled my Wordpress and my Xampp, because I was afraid that as I used the Bitnami version of Wordpress, it could have some incompatibibility.
I installed Xammp again and Wordpress from a direct download. I tried again and it does not work with different issues. As you told me you must have access to my installation, I hired web hosting. I’m waiting for my new internet address, which I suppose will be tomorrow Monday.
I'm not sure why this is happening, so please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. The only thing that comes to mind is that your browser is automatically filling the username and/or password in the Separate DB connection screen with the password you're using to log into your WordPress site. If you can retype those, and then click save, does the issue still occur?
I installed my site in a Webhosting, and there all works fine. But when I wanted to activate WpDataTables, it says I have too many installations. That is because I installed and uninstalled several times my WordPress. Really I have a site in my home (where WpDatatables doesn't work) and one in a Webhosting named Wiroos where it does work.
Please help me to solve that problem.
And thank you very much for your good will and patience.
The license you have is currently active on localhost, so at home.
To activate it on your website, you need to deactivate the license at home, and then you'll be able to activate it here. You can also deactivate it from the "Manage Domains" button on our store http://store.tms-plugins.com/.
If you have issues with the activation after that, please let me know, and I'll deactivate it remotely.

Hello Aleksandar!
I'm trying to create a table on a MariaDB table, using a separate connection.
When I try to create the Separate Connection and I click on TEST DB SETTINGS, WpDataTables answers „SUCCESS!“
But when I click on SAVE CHANGES the following message appears:
"PLEASE INSERT CONNECTION PARAMETERS".
Please be so kind to help me.
Thank you very much in advance.
Juan Carlos
Attached you will find a file with all the documentation I was able to gather.
