hope this email finds you well. My client purchased Amelia in Spring of 2020 to automatize her bookings. We are using recurring events and implementing the schedule with short codes on the homepage.
Unfortunately, this is not working well at all. As an example:
This page as an event shortcode should show the next 3 bookable dates. Why are there no upcoming events shown here?
The idea of implementing amelia was to automatize bookings on the website. Instead it is a constant pain. So my questions: How do I fix this permanently and other than that: Can I get the money back for my client?
It seems that there is some issue with other plugin or a theme and that is why our booking form isn't visible.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please confirm that we can deactivate some plugin and/or temporary change a theme to see what is causing the issue?
As for the refund, we have '15 days money back guarantee' as a refund policy so if the plugin is purchased a couple of months ago we cannot give the refund now unfortunately.

Hi Aleksandar,
thank you for your reply. I updated to 2.9 but now I still do not see my upcoming events, but it just says there are no entries.
How can this be?

Max
