I'm trying to test the plugin by just making a fake event but it's impossible to go trough the process. I can't add more then one event in the backend & it's impossible to confirm the participation to an event in frontend..
After digging further I noticed that I wasn't able to ad new crew members either ... Setting everything up in the window but when clicking on "ad event" our "ad teacher", nothing happens..
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry to hear you're having issues.
This issue is probably linked to some permissions in your admin role. Did you maybe try to book an appointment or an event as a customer while still logged into your admin account?
Please provide me database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel), and a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for the late response. We're not working on weekends, and we have a lot of tickets coming in, so our response times are longer than usual.
Unfortunately, I couldn't log into your cPanel, but fortunately WP phpMyAdmin plugin worked great. Did you migrate the website recently? I'm asking because the issue here were the foreign keys in your database.
Your database prefix is "wp6d_" and 95% of foreign keys in the database were referencing "wp_" prefixed tables, so this is why you weren't able to get the plugin working correctly.
I modified all 40 database tables, and all foreign keys in there, so everything should be working well now. Please feel free to test the plugin on your website, but it should all be fine now.
