In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello, some of the "place holders" I set in my email notifications and calendar events are not populating. Please see pictures attached. Prior to our last Amelia plug-in update all was working fine. Please help, thanks!

We changed the Custom fields placeholders in the last update - so for group appointments/events they will show answers for only the last customer that booked that appointment/event, not all of the customers that booked until that moment (like it was working before). But this is it, we haven't changed anything else.
As I can see the custom fields are not populated in the emails, so could you please just copy/paste them again to the email notifications form the Placeholders list and book one test appointment to see if that would solve the issue? And if the issue is still there afterwards and the above isn't the case, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Marija, I did a few tests and some "place holders" do not update in my calendar and confirmation emails when I change the time in the Amelia booking app after the appointment is scheduled. Can you show me how to fix this?

I see, the custom fields information isn't sent in the Rescheduled Appointments Notifications. I will forward this to our developers so they can check it out and change for the following updates of Amelia.

This should be fixed in version 2.9.2 of Amelia.
Could you please deactivate and activate Amelia back on on the Plugins page and see then what version do you have for Amelia and whether you have the auto-update option?
