Yes, this is possible with Amelia. We don't have direct integration with Mailchimp or Active Campaign but we have added Web Hooks to our plugin which you can use to connect our plugin with Zapier and then with Mailchimp or Active Campaign so you can send customer's and appointment's data after each booking action and also after canceling and/or rescheduling actions. More about our WebHooks and how to set the connection you can read here.

Please go through our documentation page here where we explained in details how to connect our plugin with Zapier. If you still have the same issue please open a ticket in Amelia section of this support platform since this section is only for the pre-purchase questions and after the purchase you get premium technical support that can help you with issues. If you open a ticket there I advice you to open a private one since they will maybe need a temporary admin credentials to take a look and solve the problem faster.
