Hey there :-) I am struggling with finding an option to attach pdf documents other than pdf invoices to E-Mail notifications for customers.
The originally aim is actually to let customers choose between a personal meeting, a meeting per phone and a meeting per Zoom. However, this appeared to be quite tricky with Amelia. I was finally able to find a solution, by setting up three different services and adding a "Zoom Integration" only for the Zoom Services. The problem now is, that a) I can't set up three types of notifications for all these three types of services. Basically what is happening is that every mail, be it an online Zoom Meeting or not, automatically contains a Zoom Meeting ID. So I have to include a tiny sidenote to the mail, that if my customer did not book such a zoom meeting, the ID can be ignored. The next problem (b) is that now I am trying to attach a pdf document to the notifications with FAQs and step by step instructions for all these three different types of meetings - and it seems that I cannot attach neither a pdf document nor a jpg file to the Mail.
In order to have Zoom links in the email notifications (Zoom placeholders to show information) if your customers choose Zoom appointment, you would need to have a separate Service with Zoom enabled and separate services without Zoom enabled. If you already created one Service with Zoom, but you get Zoom links in the other emails as well, please check if Zoom is disabled in the other Services.
If you want to add some info for some services in the email notifications, you can use the Description field of the Service - so provide the info there and then add the description placeholder to the email notifications.
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility of attaching and sending documents/PDFs or similar/ using the email notifications in Amelia.
