In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello, Even when reducing the length of the SMS (to 150 characters), I'm being charged twice for every SMS. 

    Does it maybe have to do with the fact that all the phone numbers change automatically to USA instead of staying in Canada (I'm from Canada)? What I mean by this is that every time I enter a phone number in Canada, Amelia automatically changes it to USA...

    And I get charged twice for every SMS... which is making things a lot more expensive than planned. Please help!

    Thank you for your purchase.

    The issue here is not that your messages are split into segments and charged twice for it, as you can see your SMS segments are all "1". The issue here is that your SMS messages are being sent twice.

    Please provide me:

    • A temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens
    • FTP access credentials

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

    You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
