In the company settings, we are unable to modify our business addess, nor to put Canada in front of our phone number.
When we save the modification we have a "Success" note, but when we go back it is still the obsolete information.

Could you please tell me have you added Google Maps API Key in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation? If you have have you enabled all necessary APIs in your Google Console:
Also, you have to add your billing account. You can read more about this here.
If you still have issues, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
