Recurrent bookings

    Good afternoon.

Is there a way to book recurrent appointments as in a subscription service?

I mean, you pay for a subscription service that takes for example 3 or 4 appointments per month and the company charges you the price every month until subscription is cancelled.

If it is not possible with Amelia, Is it possible with Amelia and some other complementary plugin or service?

Is it planned for future versions?

    Thank you.

    Hello Alvaro,

There isn't a possibility for subscriptions in Amelia with its current built-in features. That feature isn't planned for now, but it is in our feature requests list and I will add your vote for it, it will be considered for future implementations.

At the moment we are working on the Packages feature which will be implemented in one of the following updates of the plugin, so maybe that can help you in some way, customers will be able to book/pay for packages for different services at once , you will set a price for these packages, so you can have different number of appointments for different prices, etc.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Thank you Marija, but isn´t there a way to combine woocommerce recurrent/subscription payment with Amelia?

Do you have an time estimate on when the packages feature will be available?

You are welcome, Alvaro. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn't have an integration with any subscription plugin. WooCommerce is used only as a payment method in Amelia. You can try using that plugin, but we can't say if and how it will work with Amelia WooCommerce integration unfortunately.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

    Hello Willina,

We don't have an estimate on when the packages will be available, unfortunately.
