Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I would like to know if I can configure Amelia in any way so that it serves as an internal scheduling system for my company.
This would require that an employee can generate a schedule with another employee. Is this possible? How can I do it?
Hello Julián Pérez,
Thank you for your purchase.
There isn't a possibility for employees to be customers as well, because they have different access and permissions in Amelia. They can probably book appointments as customers (using their employees' info) but that would mess up their access/permissions as they would have more user roles. It isn't possible to create two users in Amelia back-end with the same email address. They would need to be created as Employees and Customers separately in Amelia, they can't use the same user.
If this could help somehow - you can use one email address for more users if you add +1, +2, etc. to it. This works on Gmail you can check if it works for your email service provider. So, if your email is [email protected], all these emails will be connected to this email address: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. So all notifications will be sent to the same email address [email protected]
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
