This is a pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet, to get support you need to open the ticket in Amelia category with your purchase code.
This is necessary since many are trying to misuse our support. Thank you for your understanding.
To speed up the process, open the private ticket and send temporary credentials for the website where this happens.
