Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello!

    1) I have only one employee. I frequently need to add a date to the calendar manually. The "choose employee" is displayed. Since there is only one employee, I do not want to have to click on it. Is there a way around this?

    2) Is there a "print calendar" function? Printing via browser or Snipping Tool is too complicated.

    3) Is it possible to add a date to the calendar manually outside of the open time slots? That would be very helpful - for example, if you are an employer and you want to add dates to the calendar that cannot be booked or seen by the customers, but you want to add them to the calendar to get an overview of your week schedule - without having to use a Google or Outlook calendar.

    Thank you.

    Hello Alexander,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1) There isn't a possibility of skipping the employee selection in the back-end bookings with Amelia's current built-in features, and this is the case with one employee as well, unfortunately.

    2) No, there isn't a print calendar function in Amelia with its current built-in features.

    3) It isn't possible to book appointments outside the employee's working hours in Amelia, unfortunately. You can only create some services that won't be shown on the front-end (disable the option Show service on site) and and assign these to some employees' work hours (that you don't want to be shown on the front-end) and assign the other services to the regular work hours (the ones you want to have on the front-end). But still you will need to create these in advance, before you book any appointments, so I am not sure if this would be convenient for your use case.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
