We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Im trying to set my time slots so my customers can choose the duration of their appointment .
example : I run a cleaning business. I have my minimum booking set to 2hours , if someone wants to book for 2.5 hours or 3 hours or 3.5 hours to extend thier appointment .
Is there a way to do this ?
What about creating few services ?
Hello Denis
Thank you for your help, Jean-Marc, but I would suggest adding extras to the original service.
Each extra can have a different duration, and it can add to the price of the original service.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again ,
I’m trying to set up my email for appointment approval.
I originally left it on PHP and I was getting Yellow Warnings show up to the customers emails.
So i attempted to do what google told me to do to be able to forward the email threw SMTP but now I’m getting an “ error , email not sent “ message every time .
I’ve had 5 support chats through google , google g-suite and google domains . None of them can help me get this working .
what can I’d do ?
Hi Denis
Issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
2. Your website has PHP version less than 7
3. The credentials are not correct
4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
5. If you're using Gmail SMTP, make sure you enabled "Allow less secure apps" in your Google Account.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue.
If you're not able to resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here, just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, so they are not visible to anyone except for us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
