I'm a real estate agent and I would like to use Amelia to organize visits.
The time on site is really counted precisely.
I really have to be able to plan appointments for 15, 20 or 45 minutes each.
Unfortunately, I see the durations are per 30 minutes no more (45), no less (15, 20). How could I do then ?

In Amelia -> Settings -> General
It would be better to have this choice in the service directly from my point of view.
But... it was just to complain about something!

Glad to see you managed to find an answer to your question. Thank you for letting us know.
The Default time slot step option in Amelia -> Settings applies to all the time slots in the plugin - service duration, work hours, buffer times, etc. If you want to have the available time slots for booking with the same duration as your services' duration you need to enable the option Use service duration for booking a time slot bellow that option in Amelia -> Settings -> General, and there is also the option Include service buffer time in time slots if you want to include the buffer times in the time slots as well.
