Email notifications don't support HTML in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately.
You can check out the Web hooks feature, it can be used for sending data from Amelia after some actions to some automation tool via hooks, so maybe you can use it with some email automation tool if you want. Those emails wouldn't have anything to do with the email notifications in Amelia, though.
