In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

General options regarding to one day single event (festival)

    Hello

    To describe my question i want to introduce you what i am planing to do: I want to organise a one day single Event with lots of different classes on the same day. There will be only one entrance fee but no single fees for the class booking. 

    1. Is it possible to display a timetable for one day only? Like all the different classes are shown, as well as the timeslots for every class.

    2. How can i manage it with amelia, that the same person is not booking two different classes at the same time, just to reserve the timeslots?

    3. How can i manage that only people who allready have paid the main ticket fee are allowed to book single classes.


    This is for a festival with different workshops at the same day. People who enter the area are allowed to join the classes as they booked it. If people decide to not go to the classes, then this space will be open for on demand decisions on the day itself. But if someone booked the class before, they should have a safe acces if they really want to take that class. 


    Can you imagine what i want to realise? is that possible with Amelia?

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thanks so much for your interest.

    For the single day event the only possibility is to add timetable in the description of the event. Unfortunately we do not have an option to book periods inside one event. The event can be booked just as whole event.

    Note that again you will need to have calendar where just that one date will be available for booking.
