We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi.
Is it possible to colourize employee break times on the system so that visually you know there is an event there.
Just going through a test of the lite version and i dont see that feature. and i nearly accidentally booked an appointment in a lunch break from the backend
can this be done by CSS maybe?
Hi Pol,
Thanks for your interest, I understand your inquiry, but unfortunately that is not possible to be done.
On the frontend you can see exactly what slots are available for booking.
Let me know if that answers your question and if there is anything else that I can do to help!
im not worried about the frontend, its the backend and a manual booking by staff..
surely there is a way of doing it, you know
do a IF STAFF BREAK = 1:00 - 2:00 = then DISPLAY ON TIMESLOT THE WORD "BREAK" and CUSTOM COLOUR = "COLOUR" on backend day schedule
Sorry, i dont code, but you get the gist.
Hi Pol,
Where did you try this? It is not possible to book in the employees brake time from the backend.
its more of an aesthetic on a daily calendar.
For example, we have had to stagger lunch breaks because of COVID-19, and when I am glancing over the DAY calendar, it doesn't indicate that a technician is on break, so if someone for example calls in for a manual booking, amd I see a free slot (say 2pm) I mistakenly offer that, and when they arrive, that technician is on break...
Hi Pol,
If you try to book, you will see the notification that it is not possible to book at that time. If you enter particular employee, you will see when the brakes are. We haven't implemented that because businesses with many employees will have massy and not nice looking calendar. Anyhow, I will forward this to our development team.
