You can activate the license in Amelia Settings/Activation.
When you do, you can check out our quick start guide to kick it off.
If you don't see the Activation field in settings, you are probably using the Lite version of the plugin. You need to delete the Lite version and install the full version.
Thanks for your message. I'm still not able to activate the account. I have the right plugin. Here's a snapshot of what happens when I try to enter the activation code.
Initially it just takes me to the Amelia home page and here the only option I have is to purchase it.
For some reason I can't activate the account with the activation code. It doesn't open up at all........
Any suggestions on how to get it working? I hoping we can solve this pretty quickly. I've swamped with the final tasks in connection with the launch of my website.

Unfortunately, you cannot just enter the purchase code and update Lite to the full version like that.
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
The latest version of the Full Version of Amelia is v2.9, as you can see in our Change log: https://wpamelia.com/changelog/, and in the readme file in the ameliabooking.zip file you could've downloaded from the email you received after you purchased the plugin, or from our store.
Also, like mentioned in my previous response, this is enough to indicate you don't have the full version installed:
Like it says - this is a feature available in the FULL version, so that indicates you don't have the full version installed.

Thanks for your reply. I made a video recording so you can see how it looks on my end.
I think I do have the full version. I didn't see anything that indicates that I have the lite version.
I see that you included the link for upgrade instructions. I purchased the Basic version because that's all I need. I don't need the Pro.
Included - my activation key- which I haven't been able to activate.
