We're almost ready to buy Amelia - I've looked through the documentation and just need to clarify one thing:-
My client would like to sell recurring yoga classes via Zoom. So for example, the same class via zoom every Wednesday available for purchase. These classes would have no limit to the number of "attendee's". What would be the best way to set that up?
I think that the best way to set this is to create one recurring event that will repeat each Wednesday and to set some very large capacity for it because we don't have option to set unlimited event but if you set large number as maximum capacity there will not be any issue.
Other solution if you like more our booking form for services is to use Step-by-step booking, create one service Yoga and one employee, to connect them by assigning service to the employee and then in the employee's working hours to delete the working hours for all other days and just create the working hours for Wednesday at specific period. In that way your customers will see a calendar when they come to book with available Wednesdays and only certain time slot available in it and they will not see what is the maximum capacity as for the events.
You can try both our booking forms on our demo site here.
Excellent. Will creating recurring (Zoom) events generate different Zoom links for each event? Hope this is not a stupid question - this is my first foray into zoom :)
Yes, for each event new Zoom link is generated and if you have employee that is assigned employee will have Zoom Host URL link and customers/attendees will have Zoom Join URL links (so different link for customers and for employee). This is working the same for events and for appointments. You can add Zoom placeholders into the emails so both customers and employee can receive links after the booking.
I am very glad to hear that and I wish you all the best with a project.
After the purchase you have got access to our premium support which you can contact in Amelia section of this same support platform so if you experience any issue or you need some technical help please do not hesitate to contact us we will be glad to help.

I wanted to let you know we went ahead and purchased the plugin and am currently setting up the zoom events fairly successfully.
The plugin is fantastic and your help & guidance pre-sales has been excellent. So a big thank you from me and my client to you.
Warm Regards,
Miriam
