In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

What i do not know how to do is to be able to book a number of employees using one room and also a number of types of spa servcies per room.
We have two treatment rooms. and each room has 3-5 practitioners - and 4 types of treatments, how do we do this one one day - with one room.

We do not have location capacity in our plugin, so something like this is not possible, unless you are using rooms in place of our employees.
