Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Working hours/ days do not match my appointment calendar when booking.
I am unable to limit days and times available to book appointments to only the days I desire .
Hello JessJess,
Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
The available time slots for booking are set by configuring the Employees' work hours, not the Company hours in Amelia -> Settings, so could you please tell me have you configured them?
When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.
You can have different work hours for each day of the week.
Also, please check if you have chosen your City timezone in your WordPress General Settings, as this timezone setting applies to Amelia as well.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
