We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm going to ask a question that is likely unusual, so I apologize in advance :)
I have created a large number of tables and graphs and am interested in cleaning up unused items. Is there a way to run a query using page id's to find which graphs are used and then which tables those use so I can compile a list of what is used based on page id's?
As a second part, if there were a way to run sql to remove anything not in that list, that would be nice but I expect that may not be ideal as it does not utilize the interface.
Hello Andrew
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Maybe it would be possible with some serious custom work, but not with built-in features. It does sound like a good suggestion, so please feel free to add it to our Suggest a feature page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I understand that there is no built in function. Is there a query that I can run that could provide me a list of all the tables and graphs used or not used?
Unfortunately, no, Andrew
There is nothing in the plugin that would tell you whether a table or a chart is being used or not.
There are no triggers, nor are there any registered events that are registering how many times a table, chart or a page have been accessed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Ah. I'm not concerned with actual usage. I will dictate the pages I'm interested in. For example page id's 1,3,4 - I want to keep those pages so I'd like a list of charts and tables on those pages and tables those charts use.
I see Andrew.
Maybe you could use a plugin like Shortcodes Finder or some custom work, like mentioned before.
I see people trying to do similar stuff on these links:
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/29974/how-to-detect-if-a-shortcode-is-being-called-on-a-page/29975
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-find-and-remove-unused-shortcodes-from-wordpress-posts/
I'm sure there's a way to do that by finding which shortcodes are used on which pages, you just need to explore this a bit more, outside our plugin.
