Please send the instructions for 'going into the database? (are you serious - this is a joke - there should be an upload field or method written into the installation of the PlugIn - that is just MVP on software development... you need to kick it up the Requirements Prioritizations - this isn't right)......

There's no need to go into the database to install Amelia...
You can install it like any other plugin... Everything is explained here, you should read it : https://wpamelia.com/installing
1. download your Amelia.zip where you bought it
2. upload it in "wordpress extensions"
3. activate the plugin
THAT'S IT ... there's no joke !

Please read the article Laurent suggested, and you should have no issues installing the plugin. Database has absolutely no connection to the installation when the user is concerned. Everything being done in the database is done programmatically.
