Hello guys,
I am setting up a booking system in Japanese.
I have noticed a small problem with the date format. It's a small issue for us, but for Japanese people, this is very confusing. Please see the image here: http://prntscr.com/tznq2o
Currently, the date looks like: 8月 15, 2020 (this is by using the default language settings from Polylang)
However, there should be kanji characters after the day and year to look like:
8月 15日, 2020年
I downloaded Loco Translate but I cannot seem to find a way to add these. Can you point me in the right direction?
Regards,
Luke.
Hello Luke Allen,
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
The language that is applied to Amelia is the one set in your WordPress General Settings so you can change it there and see what will be shown then, but I don't think that will change anything.
The date format that is applied to Amelia is the one that you choose in your WordPress General Settings, so could you please check what is the date format that you have chosen there? And check the other format options as well, maybe another date format would be more convenient for your business needs?
