    Hello,

I had translated Amelia with Poedit, but when I did the last update of Amelia my translation files were overwritten.
How can I prevent them from being overwritten in the next update?
    Thanks for your help
    Stephane

    Hello Stéphane,

There isn't a possibility of preventing this unfortunately, the change will be overridden after each update of Amelia, so you will need to apply it after each update of the plugin. You can keep the po/mo files on your local machine and replace them with the already existing ones (or add them ) to the languages folder of Amelia after you update it.

If it is some language that isn't already translated in Amelia, you can send us the translation if you want and we can add it to the plugin.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

    Hello Marija,

    thank you for your reply.
I have another question, I have 4 employees and I would like only the main employee to receive notifications, in fact the other 3 employees do not have email addresses.

    Thank you

    Stephane

    Hello Stéphane,

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends

    You are welcome.

There isn't a possibility of creating more employees with the same email address in Amelia with its current built-in features. You can use this work-around if it is convenient for your:

You can use one email address for more employees if you add +1, +2, etc. to it. This works on Gmail you can check if it works for your email service provider. So, if your email is [email protected], all these emails will be connected to this email address: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc. So all notifications will be sent to the same email address [email protected]

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
